Las Vegas, a Spanish word that means "the meadows", is more than just a city of gaming. It is a place where lives are created and families are raised everyday. With a steady climate and appealing tax structure, Las Vegas has been enticing businesses everywhere to "set up shop", creating a bursting economy that has attracted more than 900,000 new residents to the Valley since the early nineties – earning the title as the “fastest growing metropolitan city in the US."
There are many recreation centers and parks all over the City catering to football, soccer, baseball, basketball, tennis, racquetball and squash to mention a few. Every sport and activity that can be imagined is provided for both young and old.
The great outdoors are all around you
There are many National parks in and around Las Vegas with plenty of hiking trails. Mount Charleston, a short drive up route 95 not only offers gorgeous views and hikes but also provides skiing and snow boarding in the winter with 3 ski lifts. Lake Mead, Hoover dam and the Colorado River are only minutes away where you can find all sorts of water sports.
Come join us in our "Oasis in the Desert".
